These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Tekabuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on tekabuzz.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Tekabuzz platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Tekabuzz recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a Tekabuzz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Tekabuzz does not permit the use of its platform by any person under 18, regardless of whether the activity is supervised by an adult.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You must not be a current employee of Tekabuzz or an immediate family member of a current employee.
- You must not have been previously excluded from Tekabuzz, or have an active self-exclusion in place on the platform.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one Tekabuzz account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same network address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
Tekabuzz applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the period requested by Tekabuzz may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on Tekabuzz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier — VIP Club members have access to elevated limits as detailed in the VIP Club terms.
Tekabuzz does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Tekabuzz's control. Standard withdrawal processing times are:
- Easypaisa and JazzCash: 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions
- NayaPay and SadaPay: under 30 minutes
- IBFT bank transfer: 1 to 2 business days
- Visa/Mastercard: 2 to 5 business days
Tekabuzz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause for enhanced due diligence. This does not affect the player's entitlement to the funds — it is a procedural requirement to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
Tekabuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all Tekabuzz promotions unless a promotion's own terms specifically override them.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only converted winnings from completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Creating a duplicate account to claim a second welcome bonus is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- Bonus expiry periods begin from the date of bonus crediting. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Tekabuzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount will be removed from the player's bonus balance without affecting the real-money balance.
- Certain game categories — such as live casino or specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
6. Game Rules and Betting
All games and betting markets on Tekabuzz are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. These individual rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game only.
Game results are final once a round is completed and settled. Live casino results are determined by the physical actions of real dealers on certified studio tables. Crash game results are determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Software-based game results are generated by certified random number generators. Tekabuzz does not alter or reverse settled results except in the specific circumstances described below.
- Technical malfunction: If a game round is interrupted by a verifiable technical fault — a server error, an interrupted live stream — Tekabuzz will void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. Winnings from rounds that completed successfully before a technical fault are not affected.
- Odds errors: Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds of 1000/1 on an event where the correct price is 1.5/1 due to a data feed error — may be voided at Tekabuzz's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
- Settled cricket and sports bets: Sports bet settlements follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If an official result is subsequently reversed (for example, due to a DRS outcome or an ICC disciplinary decision), Tekabuzz will re-settle affected bets in line with the official final result.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tekabuzz and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Tekabuzz reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and withhold balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.
- Creating or operating multiple Tekabuzz accounts for any purpose
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or incorrect odds before Tekabuzz has had a reasonable opportunity to correct them
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Allowing a third party to access or operate your Tekabuzz account
- Impersonating another player or Tekabuzz staff member
- Attempting to manipulate live betting markets in sports events through insider information
- Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
8. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tekabuzz account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Tekabuzz will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support. Any communication claiming to be from Tekabuzz and requesting your password should be reported to support immediately.
All bets and transactions made using your credentials are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact Tekabuzz support immediately. Tekabuzz will investigate promptly but cannot reverse settled bets or transactions that occurred before unauthorised access was reported.
9. Responsible Gaming
Tekabuzz is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which are available in your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately or increased after a cooling-off period of 7 days.
- Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period. Requests to increase a loss limit take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for a single gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality check notifications: Receive pop-up reminders at intervals you choose, showing your session duration and net session result.
- Cooling-off period: Take a break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account is inaccessible.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Tekabuzz platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

10. Privacy and Data
Tekabuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a Tekabuzz account you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the platform is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the provision of platform services. Tekabuzz does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data — subject to Tekabuzz's obligations under applicable regulations including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on tekabuzz.net — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, graphics, software, game content, and written materials — is the property of Tekabuzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Tekabuzz content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Tekabuzz intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Tekabuzz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Tekabuzz takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or data transmission errors beyond its reasonable control.
Tekabuzz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to Tekabuzz in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Tekabuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including lost profits or damage to reputation.
13. Account Suspension and Closure
Tekabuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
- Request by the player to close their own account
- Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction
Where an account is closed following a breach, Tekabuzz will conduct a review of outstanding balances. Real-money funds not derived from breaching activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited activity will be forfeited.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Tekabuzz support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any available balance is returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.
14. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a dispute with any aspect of the Tekabuzz platform — a settled bet, a payment, a bonus decision, or any other matter — the process is as follows:
- First contact: Raise the issue with the Tekabuzz customer support team via live chat or email at support@tekabuzz.net. Provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and the specific nature of the dispute. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to the Tekabuzz compliance team. The compliance team will conduct a full review and respond within 7 business days.
- Final decision: The compliance team's decision represents Tekabuzz's final position on the matter. All platform decisions that require a final ruling will be documented and communicated in writing.
Tekabuzz is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. The dispute process is free to use and no player will be penalised for raising a legitimate complaint through the proper channels.
15. Amendments to These Terms
Tekabuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the email address registered to their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Continuing to use Tekabuzz after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account following the process described in Section 13. Your real-money balance will be returned upon closure.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the Tekabuzz platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Tekabuzz is licensed and operates. By accepting these Terms you submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority as the primary body for dispute resolution in matters that cannot be resolved through the Tekabuzz internal complaints process described in Section 14.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Tekabuzz complies with applicable data protection and consumer protection requirements in the markets in which it operates.
